Crazy Idea and Crazy day.
Project Ideas
Been very lazy recently. I have 3 assignment which will be due around May and 2 of them only 10% done. Dammit…24 hours is too less for a day :p. Well, currently been researching on how to draw a 2D graphic for games. Yes, games, I am doing a simulator which use to calculates the odds of each game. A very very very suicidal project idea I could think off. Hopefully I can get it done on the summer holiday. I guess there is no turning back for me. I was planning to do an attendance system which similar to the one we have in APIIT, but too bad, when I discuss with my friends, they say the idea sound too simple. Actually I also agree on that. Then I finally came out this suicidal idea of creating a simulator to calculate odds of each game. Well, you can call it a game, coz it is really similar to a game if you see my Term of Reference.
I know a few friends which their idea were rejected because of the simplicity. One of it which I remember was a Management System for a shop. I forgot the details on it but it is something like an inventory system with enhance function like, bar code scanning, send order to supplier when stock is low and several more stuff. So, no choice, I dunno about system, so I guess, I wanna do something which can either kill me or save me. Discussed my idea with a game lecturer, Dan Hodgson. He told me that your idea is good, it is a first class project but without any “safety net” if anything bad happen. Well, hopefully I dun fall.
Kendo
After 3 weeks of absence from Kendo training, I finally can go train again. Again, I have to stress out that Kendo armor do not totally protect you. There is one particular guy always hit damn strong. Stupid fella, so each time when I whack him, I no gip face. On the sparring circle, none of the student won any match. I was damn “cha sui” on that night. I fight with one of the Senior rank. He won me on the first strike at the wrist before I can do anything. Shit. On that day, I couldn’t even make a draw of a match. Damn. After the training, my hand is abit injured. Well, it is a light injury since it was protected by a wrist protector. Still, there is a red spot on it. The senior told me that the Japanese are faster then wat we do. Before you can think of anything, you are gone. I couldn’t imagine the speed of their strike.
Crazy Day
On Friday night around 1am. Someone knocked my door. I thought it might be Zach, Adrian or maybe Emay because they stay in my hall. But when I call out and someone with English accent answered me. I opened the door and an English fella with a can of beer asking me to join his party. I also what got into me, I asked where, then he said a few floor above, and he keep asking me to come, and I said ok, gimme time to change. I am seriously nuts to follow a stranger drunk guy into his party. His intro to me that his name is Ork. I dunno it is Ork or Orc or both :p. When I reach to his floor 3 room 18. there where 2 fello there. Later on several more people come and we had fun. They treat me several shots of vodka. They a bunch of party fella, but I dun really like to mix with them everyday…not my type :p. I leave around 3am.
On Saturday, around 4pm, Ork went down and look for me, asking me to party with them at same place. I told him I am busy doing my assignment. Then he left. Later on, most of them are partying outside the hall. And those guys were high, and keep on knocking my window, asking me to join them, but I dun feel like it and I keep on saying I am busy. Shiiittt…why did I join them last night…stupid Vincent…To them, I am known as Vinnie, they say more easily to call then Vincent. Bunch of crazy fella. Hopefully they dun come and kacau me on Sunday and the other days :p.
Ocean’s 10 news
On Ocean’s 10. My Chapter 4 is still around 90%. I think I will post it around Monday. Finished some part where the scene I am chatting, or rather, arguing with Aemy. Feel so nice doing that chapter :p. Quiet, polite, and spec girls is my favorite. But I think I also like girls with this attribute, sassy, laud, crazy girls. Not to say Aemy is like that but she got attitude :p. I have sort of finalized the scene and action for both Michael Chip and KeWindwalker. Got some problem finalizing Jason and Freds plot. Need to think something on business side for them which is not my expertise subject. Other roles like Giasens, RiKu, Batista, Henry, and Foulplay are almost done. They are kinda easy to finalize. Sometimes, although I hate Hong Kong writer to modify my favorite Jin Yong and Gu Long dramas, sometimes I also think they are great. They are very good in deleting a character, merging character and scene or plot changing. This is what I am trying to do, since we are Ocean’s 10, not Ocean’s Eleven. Making the story to flow logically also very tedious. I can’t just say Vince Ocean can change the Mountain into Ocean. Because I am not doing Fantasy or Myth genre of movie, I am doing something different. If my story is something like Lord of The Rings, of cost I can say that because the genre make that again as logic. Also, I also need to think about the real event and characteristic of each Ocean's 10. I am enjoying fusing it into my story. "Suckedker" is our usual word in a conversation. I totally forgot about KKD, I think I will implement it somewhere.;p. Dunno wanna put Batista sister on this or not. Hopefully he will not kill me after this. Sai Seng will know the role I will give to her sister since Sai Seng have seen Ocean's Eleven recently :p.
I have also imagined some scene in Ocean’s Twelve for my next “Ocean’s 10 Again” story. Well, last time I also think, why do a sequel for Ocean’s Eleven since all eleven of them become rich on the first movie. Each got at least $13 million. Well, most of the plot in Ocean’s Twelve will also be in Ocean’s 10 Again. This time, in Ocean’s Twelve, there is another extra actress, Catherine Zeta Jones. Her role is a cop and ex-gf for Brad Pitt, which is played by Steven in my story. I wonder if you guys can guess the actress for Batista? Hahahahaha.
I was planning to post a chapter for every 3 days. But I think it will be a very slow progress since I am also busying with my assignments. I will try to post it within 3 days, it is my favorite story which I think I can accomplish it.
